Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how gamewe handles information when you use the gamewe iOS application and when you visit this legal webpage. gamewe is a general-audience skill-training and reaction-training application made up of multiple short minigames.
1. Introduction
This policy describes information handled by gamewe itself, information that may be processed by third-party services integrated with or used alongside the App, and the choices available to you.
2. Who operates gamewe
gamewe is operated by Adrian Rodriguez (“we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy). You can contact us at drinkodoro@gmail.com.
gamewe does not currently require an account, login, or gamewe-hosted user profile, and it does not currently operate a custom backend account system.
3. Information stored locally
gamewe stores certain information locally on your device so that the App can operate and remember your progress and preferences. Depending on how you use the App, local information may include:
- gameplay statistics and game scores;
- personal bests and similar performance records;
- settings and preferences;
- daily free-attempt usage;
- rewarded-attempt balances; and
- other local state required to operate game features.
This locally stored information is not, by default, a gamewe cloud account or a profile stored in a gamewe-operated user database.
4. Gameplay statistics and attempt data
gamewe currently provides free users with seven playable attempts per minigame per local calendar day. This limit is tracked separately for each minigame. When a particular minigame's free attempts are exhausted, the App may offer an optional rewarded advertisement. A successfully confirmed reward currently grants three additional attempts for that specific minigame.
Daily-attempt state, rewarded-attempt balances, and related game state are stored locally on the device. Unused rewarded bonus attempts currently reset with the next local calendar day.
5. Pro subscriptions and Apple StoreKit
gamewe offers Pro through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles the payment transaction. gamewe does not receive your complete payment-card details.
The App receives purchase and entitlement information from StoreKit that is necessary to determine whether Pro access is currently active. Restore Purchases uses Apple's StoreKit and App Store mechanisms. Pro access depends on Apple reporting a valid current entitlement.
Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings. Deleting gamewe does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled under Apple's applicable processes and policies.
6. Rewarded advertisements
The current version of gamewe uses advertising only in the form of rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are not automatically displayed. A free user may voluntarily request one after exhausting the available attempts for a particular minigame.
Bonus attempts are granted only after the advertising provider confirms the reward. The current implementation does not use banner ads, interstitial ads, app-open ads, or automatic ad presentation.
7. Google AdMob
gamewe uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK / Google AdMob to provide rewarded advertising. Depending on device settings, consent choices, platform permissions, configuration, and Google's services, Google may process information such as:
- IP address and information that can be used to infer approximate location;
- device or app identifiers permitted by the operating system;
- advertising-related information;
- ad impressions and interactions with advertisements;
- app interactions relevant to advertising;
- diagnostics and performance information; and
- fraud-prevention, security, and abuse-detection information.
This does not mean gamewe itself receives or stores every category listed above. Google processes information under its own systems and policies when its SDKs and services are used.
Learn more from Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure guidance.
8. Consent and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
gamewe uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising-related consent or privacy choices where required. The implementation is designed to support regulated regions, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, and may also be used where privacy requirements apply in other jurisdictions.
Where Google's consent status indicates that privacy options are required, gamewe may provide a Privacy Options entry in Settings so you can revisit relevant choices.
9. App Tracking Transparency and advertising identifiers
When gamewe may request rewarded ads and Google UMP permits ad requests, gamewe uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency system prompt before Google Mobile Ads is initialized or an ad is loaded. If you allow tracking, Google Mobile Ads may access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and use permitted device or advertising data for personalized advertising and advertising measurement.
If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” restrict tracking, or tracking is otherwise unavailable, gamewe continues to provide normal gameplay. Rewarded ads may still be served when permitted by your privacy choices, but the app does not receive permission to access the IDFA or track you as defined by Apple.
Google UMP consent choices and Apple's ATT authorization are separate controls. Where required, UMP choices can be revisited through Privacy Options in gamewe Settings; ATT authorization is managed through iOS Settings.
10. How information may be used
Information handled through the App may be used to:
- operate minigames and remember local gameplay state;
- enforce and display daily attempt availability;
- grant confirmed rewarded-ad attempts;
- determine whether a valid Pro entitlement is active;
- provide advertising and consent functionality through Google services;
- maintain service reliability, diagnose errors, and help prevent fraud or abuse; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.

GitHub Privacy Statement12. Data sharing
gamewe does not currently operate a backend user-account database to which your local gameplay statistics are routinely uploaded. Information may nevertheless be processed by Apple, Google, and GitHub in connection with the services described in this policy.
We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or if reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the App, subject to applicable legal requirements.
13. Data retention
Locally stored gamewe information generally remains on your device until it is replaced through normal App use, removed through any relevant in-app reset functionality that may be available, or removed when you delete the App or its local data.
Apple, Google, and GitHub may retain information they process according to their own policies, legal obligations, security requirements, and service configuration. We do not control or promise deletion of information held independently by those providers.
14. User privacy choices
- You can stop using the App at any time.
- You can remove local App data by using relevant reset functionality, if available, or by deleting the App/local App data.
- You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings.
- Where available, you can use gamewe's Privacy Options entry to revisit advertising consent choices.
- You can also use privacy controls provided by iOS, Apple, and Google where applicable.
15. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights regarding personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. These rights can vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to exceptions.
Because gamewe currently stores core gameplay and attempt information locally rather than in a gamewe account database, we may not possess a server-side record that can be identified as yours. For information processed independently by Apple, Google, or GitHub, you may need to use the privacy mechanisms provided by those services.
You may contact us at drinkodoro@gmail.com with a privacy-related question or request.
16. International processing
Apple, Google, and GitHub operate internationally. Information they process may therefore be handled in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their legal obligations, safeguards, and privacy policies.
17. Children
gamewe is a general-audience skill-training application and is not specifically directed to young children. gamewe does not currently operate a user-account system through which we knowingly ask children to submit personal information to us.
Parents or guardians who believe that information relating to a child has been handled in a way that raises a privacy concern may contact us at drinkodoro@gmail.com.
18. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App to reduce risks to information under our control. However, no device, software, transmission method, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
19. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when gamewe's features, legal requirements, or third-party providers change. When we make changes, we will publish the updated policy and revise its effective date as appropriate.
